Where you choose immediate access to digital content, you agree that supply may begin before the end of the usual 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once downloading or access begins, where the legal requirements for that consent and acknowledgement have been met. 4. Licence and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a ShiftFlow Tools product gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You must not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, copy for resale, upload for public distribution or commercially reproduce ShiftFlow Tools products without our written permission.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property, branding, designs or underlying content.
