ShiftFlow Tools sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

After successful payment, your digital product will be supplied electronically. You will receive access to your download using the delivery method shown during checkout or in your order confirmation.

Please ensure the email address used at checkout is correct.

If you do not receive or cannot access your digital files, please contact ShiftFlow Tools through our Contact Us page and we will assist you.

There are no postage, packing or physical delivery charges for ShiftFlow Tools digital products.
