What do I receive when I purchase?
You will receive the digital file or files listed on the product page. Most ShiftFlow Tools products are supplied as editable Excel (.xlsx) workbooks.
Is anything posted to me?
No. ShiftFlow Tools sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped.
How do I receive my download?
Once your payment has been successfully completed, your download will be made available automatically through Shopify Digital Products.
Can I edit the workbooks?
Yes. Our Excel workbooks are designed to be editable so you can adapt them to suit your own operation.
We recommend keeping an untouched original copy before making major changes.
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
Our Excel products are supplied in .xlsx format. Microsoft Excel is recommended for the best compatibility, although other spreadsheet programs may also open the files.
Are the calculations automatic?
Where stated on the product page, the workbook includes automatic formulas, calculations, dashboards or charts.
You simply enter your operational data into the relevant input areas.
Can I use the templates in my business?
Yes. Purchased templates can be used within your own business or organisation.
They must not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared publicly or offered as your own product.
Are these templates suitable for every business?

What happens if I have a problem with my download?

Do you provide refunds on digital products?
Because digital products are supplied electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, refund rights can differ from physical products.
